We had a great stay at Bayshore! The hotel was beautiful and very clean, as was our room. The staff was friendly, helpful and made you feel at home. The pool was warm and the whole place was comfortable.

The staff were so courteous and every aspect of our stay was peaceful. Even when a little mishap occurred with our room, the staff were quick to fix the issue and problem solve. I didn't feel like a burden for asking questions, and I really appreciated the shuttle to the New Years festivities downtown. The driver was kind and polite. The pool was warm and the area was nice and clean. It was the perfect hotel for my birthday trip!

Late night shift was working when we arrived and wasn't friendly at all. I told my husband you can’t expect much from the late-night shift. Also the floor cleaner smells, and that makes for a first impression when you walk in the lobby otherwise everything else was wonderful staff room amenities thank you very much
