Room was recently remodeled and Nice but the shampoo and cleanser containers in the shower did not work. Got a voucher for breakfast in the restaurant. Only 2 people working and terrible wait for food. Had to leave because we couldn’t wait as we had a commitment time so left with no breakfast. Won’t stay there again.

Check in was easy and quick, courteous and friendly. Room somewhat outdated. This is a old hotel but is very clean. What really stood out, it was super quiet during the night so we had a great sleep. Room was very clean too.

We loved our overnight stay with our 2 dogs - a pitbull that is so sweet AND OLD (12) and our young German Shepherd we saved from the pound - she's precious and never barks (grateful). The room was great! The Hole 19 Restaurant there was THE BEST. We had a nice dinner, appetizer and a free breakfast the next morning. We will try to visit often - a nice getaway.

This Best Western has been clean every time we have staid here. We love the location, this is an easy in and out. Also, the location is such that we could get to Tucson, Sahuarita, and Tubac. So much to see and do in this area, and coming back to a clean welcoming environment is so important to relaxation. Thanks for a relaxing time.

Staff grumpy and 4 hours to acknowledge a broken A/C unit. B stated maybe they could get service the next day. No offer to change rooms. No offer for any discount for room with no a/c and no assurance of repair. Left day early and lost cost of room.
