The bathroom door did not open enough to fully walk through. It hit the floor and would scrape the tiles. When front desk was told about it they said “Ya we know it just needs rehung” the carpet was ripped and coming up (shredding) where it connected to the tiles in the entry as well. The bed sheets were so worn that they were ripping in spots. The bathroom mirror was water warped and peeling, along with the slots for the towels. So the towels were cleaned then placed in dirty dingy slots for us to then use. The tub and shower curtain were dingy and dirty as well. Front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, I had originally booked a 6 night stay and canceled my reservations for the remainder of my stay and booked at a different hotel. I will NEVER stay at LaQuinta in Broken Arrow OK again. HORRIBLE experience.

Most of the staff was great. We were checked in and told there was a 25 dollar charge added on for incidentals. Such as any thing from the little shop they have and first night no problem. Next day told that is not something we do. Fine but you should get your staff in on it exactly what your policies are. And the same thing every morning for breakfast was interesting. But housekeepers were great.

The room was fine but the breakfast was disappointing. Not as many choices as other LaQuinta’s I’ve stayed at with no microwave to heat the danish rolls and no access to a glass of water other than the bathroom sink in the room.
