Sink drain must have been clogged as the sink would feel up while brushing your teeth. Manager was very rude about setting the bags in the hall while waiting on the bell hop so my 3 yr old wouldn’t get woke up

I've stayed at this resort several times, the customer service is always excellent, the rooms are impeccably clean and spacious. I also enjoy the concert venue, the Cove, a great deal. That said, if you're coming to gamble, you may find that the slots favor the house more than other casinos in the area.

The ladys at check in &same sweet ladys I checked out with, respectful, courteous welcoming. Was treated like a vip and i mattered. Let me add James the very kind soul that took my very large luggage along with some medical equipment to our room ecceptiional . Went beyond his duties. Had room service my last day and stayed a extra night room service was from fireside
Could of split my meals unfortunately my guest left had to waste over half
Loaded BP plenty of topping left overs !
Coc. Ch- cake was the highlight and let me add prices were&room service was more reasonable than I expected!
