Both times staying our room was not clean. Hair in the sink / tub. Floor in the bathroom had what I would say was biological. The bed is so hard that I could not fall asleep or get comfortable. When I did and woke I felt as if I had been beat to death and layed out on concrete. I will not stay here ever again. On the plus side the staff is very nice. Just the facilities are HORRIBLE and outdated.

Staff very nice and room was ok. No free breakfast. Must be sports complex close by. Hotel full of kids running down hall and yelling all night and in room next to ours. We love kids but needed sleep after traveling.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was okay. I got to listen to my neighbors alarms go off for hours while I lay in bed in the morning. Even after mentioning it to the person at the front desk. Parking lot has only one entrance and exit making it difficult to navigate during heavy traffic. I will stay elsewhere when visiting Twin Falls from now on. Best Western has lost a customer.
