Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, it features a cozy double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, ideal for relaxing after a day in the town.

While the apartment itself is fully private, it shares access to a modern, shared bathroom located nearby within the building. The bathroom is cleaned regularly and includes a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries such as shampoo, soap, and shower gel.

Inside the apartment, you’ll find air conditioning and heating, a compact kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and the essentials to enjoy a light breakfast or a casual dinner. A dining area, flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating complete the space.

Step outside and you`re just minutes from Úbeda’s most iconic landmarks:

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
