The staff are amazing - so friendly and open, serviceminded and warm. We felt like home! The hotell is peacefully situated with an amazing view of the jungle, and just a short walk from other facilities and ubud center. Also recommend the spa and the Hibachi-dinner!! We will for sure come back!!

From the time you arrive you are treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The staff were always smiling and greeting you by name most of the time. I had the massage and it was wonderful. I highly recommend.

My wife and I loved staying at Kastara. We stayed in the Pool Suites and it was the best view I have ever seen. The service was amazing and the resort was very clean. Everything about this hotel I loved. Breakfast, gym, yoga, the staff. Loved everything. The hotel room smelled really good and it was clean. The kimono in the room as well as slippers were welcome additions. I also enjoyed the live entertainment at dinner. My twin sister and I celebrated our birthday here and it was everything. There was no conditioner and I needed to request it. But because the hotel was so beautiful, that didn’t affect me. Just go ahead and book!
