Welcome to Unit 401, a luxurious top (fourth) floor condominium offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This luxury-rated unit features an outdoor terrace that overlooks the beautiful Willow Park. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, a Wolf dual-fuel range, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf microwave, and an Asko dishwasher.

Step into the spacious living room adorned with walnut hardwood flooring and designer furnishings. Relax by the limestone-surrounded gas fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the 55" flat-screen TV. The living area provides comfortable seating with American Leather sleep sofas known for their industry-leading comfort level. These sofas are equipped with a memory foam mattress and have no metal frame.

The primary bedroom boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a stone top vanity, a fully tiled walk-in shower with a glass Euro door, and a luxurious jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom includes two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed upon request. The adjacent secondary bathroom features a stone top vanity and a fully tiled tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms are equipped with wall-mounted flat-screen TVs.
