Lovely location, staff were very helpful, overal clean and excellent rooms and decor. Then only downside i would say is the breakfast was very average, items were cold and not properly cooked also the hot beverages were not good at all.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the parking was convenient. However, there were many fittings in the room and around the facility in various states of disrepair, such as broken door handles, moldy ceiling tiles, and insufficient bathroom exhaust ventilation.

Loved this hotel. The entrance hall was beautiful as was the large, spacious room. We upgraded to 'The Level' and highly recommend this. Wonderful staff that done lots for you. The breakfast was great, separate area for upgraded guests including wonderful cooked to order selection of food and coffees. Highly recommend

Overall I had a nice stay. I would choose Melia again but this location is a bit far from some of the walkable areas in Valencia. Be aware of the room you choose. The rooms on the lower floors are noticeably older and my initial room had faulty outlets. I enjoyed breakfast and the pool area.

“We had a very positive experience. The environment was welcoming ,the food was excellent ,and the staff were both friendly and polite.
