Rooms are spacious and very quiet being right downtown. Staff were great and the french restaurant (Alouette) adjoining the hotel was great. Will definitely stay here again when coming downtown.

I do not remember the receptionist name but she told my GF that she did something in the system..( adding a extra day) she didnt fully set it up.. ends up being a big confusion on if we got double charged or not.. Other then that all other services were great.
