Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. I love the fresh fruit water in the lobby. We were able to get an early check in. Our room was clean and was stocked with all the amenities we needed. The hotel is located within walking distance to shopping, Rogers arena, convention centre, and the Hullo Ferry. This is the perfect place to stay for concerts and shopping. We will be back.
