Very close to the beach! The room was spacious, was great for 5 people!!! Staff were kind! The food places right beside the hotel were amazing, plus you get a discount on food if you are staying at the hotel, restaurant staff treat everyone like family with kindness. You are also so close to many stores, transit, nightlife. The room could have been cleaner, there was dust in certain spots. My friends and I checked furniture and we found 1 silverfish. It’s definitely a fair price that you pay, we would all stay there again!!! Thanks!

Very rough property. Dirty floors and very old, saggy bed. Window looked directly into apartment building right behind the hotel. Staff were friendly. Very much like a hostel not a hotel.

Simple hotel, a bit antiquated but you cant find anything cheaper in Vancouver. This was my second time staying here and I will do so in the future. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

Comfortable and Perfectly located

The room was very comfortable and convenient with stove, etc for personal meal prep. Restaurants and other stores 1 minuite walk away. The only offset was the carpet in the public hallway..it could take some replacement.
