Located in the white village of Vejer de la Frontera, the holiday home ‘Casa Victoria’ is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday. Boasting a view of the sea and the mountains, the 2-storey house consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet in the outdoor area (with no wash basin) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace and a television. Children’s books and toys are also available. The highlight of this property is definitely it’s private outdoor area with a pool (with a safety fence for children), a garden, terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Spend sunny days outside and switch off from the stress of everyday life. Restaurant, bars and cafes can be reached on foot within 13-20 minutes and the nearest supermarket is a 17-minute walk away (1.4 km). El Palmar beach is an 18-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the property where you can soak up the sun or cool down in the sea. Furthermore, Jerez airport is a 54-minute drive from the property (78 km).



The property has a garage with a parking space for one car.

As the house is run with solar panels, you can not use high-powered appliances such as a hair dryer or use the washing machine with hot water.

A babysitter is available upon request and for an extra charge.

Parties and loud events are not allowed.

The house is intended for families and quiet groups.

According to the local regulation of Vejer de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbours and pedestrians. Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night from 23:00 to 07:00.



House rules:

- Do not leave trash in the property, it must be placed in the containers on the street

- Dishes must be washed

- The embers of fireplace and BBQ must be cleaned up after use
