Our house was completely remodeled and we’re excited to share it with our guests! It’s located in the quiet suburbs of Venice, with just minutes to Sharky’s on the Pier, Venice beach, and many other beaches nearby!

Enjoy the gorgeous pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a private backyard, all fenced in!

Our newly renovated kitchen makes meal preparation easy if should you decide to dine in. The rooms are all flooded with light and are decorated in warm, neutral tones. Plenty of seating in living room, Smart TV with free YouTube Tv stream app including live channels, movies, shows, sport, news, and plenty of seating!

Your in-house amenities are taken care of! From the bed linen to beach towels, a fully equipped kitchen as well as a washer and dryer, it’s all at the tip of your fingers!

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: 2 twin

OUTDOOR LIVING: Pool, gas grill, fenced backyard & patio, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys inside the garage. Our patio is completely screen covered, ensuring that small animals and insects won’t come in, inviting you to sit, eat, grill, swim, and relax together, or even on your own!

The pool is13x32 ft. with a shallow area where you can relax or be a place for small children (only under adult supervision).
Heated pool is optional at additional cost of $20/day.

NO DIVING - SHALLOW WATER.

INDOOR LIVING: Cozy contemporary décor & living, 3 Smart TV’s, walk-in showers, & large closets

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee maker, microwave, toaster, bar top seating.

GENERAL: Fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, linens/towels, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, & toys.
All parts of the home will be accessible to guests. We do have 2 locked closets in the house that the cleaners have access to as well as 2 locked cabinets in the garage.

NO PETS: No pets are allowed with guests. This does not mean this is an animal /allergen free home and due to ADA rules we do accept service animals. Bringing a pet with you will result in the immediate cancelation of your stay with no refunds and a $350 fine.

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking/vaping. $350 fine for evidence of smoking.

SECURITY INFORMATION: The property features outdoor security cameras that do not look into any interior spaces and are turned off while guests are in residence.

PEST CONTROL: We use a professional pest control service. Florida is a tropical climate and it is possible to see bugs inside despite our best efforts. Please keep windows/doors tightly closed & keep place clean & tidy with food tightly closed to prevent pests.

Venice family stay

On first glance the house is a typical Venice gardens home. The inside has been remodeled beautifully, including an addition that makes the home much bigger than it appears. The house looked smelled clean. Plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Very nice pool area with plenty of seating. Close to shopping and beaches. My family enjoyed the property and vacation.

LOVED this place!

We went to check out the Venice area. I booked this because of its proximity to the beach. 10 minutes to 3 beaches. We loved the house - everything we needed was there. This is my idea of a VRBO - well equipped with everything to make our stay perfect. The owner was fabulous. I actually had to take a meeting at 10am and he was gracious enough to let us stay past our checkout time. I would rent the VRBO again in a heartbeat.

A Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautifully renovated and furnished house! The house was also exceptionally clean, with a well appointed kitchen and lovely pool and outdoor space. We also loved the central location; downtown Venice and numerous beaches and parks were only a short drive away! We also appreciated how responsive and kind the hosts were whenever we had a question.

Family vacation

Communication with our host, Adrian, was excellent. He gave prompt responses to all my questions and was very accommodating. The house was in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was helpful in preparing holiday meals. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Home away from home

We had a great vacation. The house has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was so relaxing. Location was close to everything, shopping, restaurants and beaches. Very easy communication with the owners. When we come back to Venice again this would be our #1 choice.

Fantastic Rental

The property was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed a full month here in this lovely home and quiet neighborhood and couldn't have been happier. It was outfitted for all our needs with a great pool, outstanding kitchen, and a central location that was minutes from the beach, bike trails, dining and shopping. The property manager was so helpful with whatever questions we had. I highly recommend it!

Perfect house for our family

This house had everything we wanted and in a perfect location. It was newly renovated and had a lot of open space. The only thing it lacked was a king size bed and could have had more bath towels. So beyond happy

The house was all that and more! There was nothing that we didn’t need. Had the most relaxing vacation ever. Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood.
