This hotel was perfect for visiting Vienna, right in the middle of the city centre. I had a single room and my room was lovely. The hotel was very accessible when it comes to public transportation. I was a solo female traveller in Vienna and I always felt safe at this hotel. I travelled by train and metro to the hotel from the airport when I arrived in the city last week without any problem. Via Uber it took about 25 minutes to get back to the airport for my return flight home. The hotel was a literal 5 minute walk from places like St Stephen’s Cathedral and the major shopping street in the city - Karntner Strasse. All the main points of interest in the heart of the city are walkable from this hotel. I would definitely recommend this location to base yourself from when travelling to Vienna.

The hotel is in an excellent location downtown, just a few steps from St. Stephens Cathedral and other main attractions. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My room with a single bed was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed in. It was clean and quiet though. I did not have breakfast in the hotel and cannot comment on that.

Great location. Friendly staff and clean facilities. We did not have the breakfast option. Our room didn’t have an iron or a kettle and they were provided when asked. The room decor is interesting & nice. The transit station to go Schönbrunn Palace is 10 min walk; lots of attractions, restaurant, pharmacy, shopping and coffee shops are just minutes walk away. The room and the bed itself were comfortable. Also close to the late night vending machines b/c everything closes by 10pm. Our negative is the bedding is very minimal which is something we are not used to (1 flatish pillow each and no blanket/covers). Not sure if this is usual for Vienna, but we did not ask for more and adjusted for the week we were there.

The front desk staff Julia and Messadi were super friendly and spent time speaking with me and helping me improve on my one week Duolingo German! They were super welcoming towards my daughter and me - however I never received that complimentary drink that Expedia told me I would have. Cleaning staff would come in to clean, but the first time, one left the bag they cleaned full of trash, on the dresser chair and the second time in the week, toppled my premium skincare bottles with the product flowing down the side of the sink. Body soap, toilet paper and facial tissues were not refilled even though they cleaned my room unless I told front desk what I required. There was no available - do not disturb sign for me to reject or be notified of cleaning. Pillows were flat and lumpy and yellow on the inside. I had to request for two extra pillows from Julia and the blankets did not sit well inside the duvet cover. When I sat down on the bed it made a squeak like an air mattress. I’m a deep sleeper, but I would be woken up by drunk people in the middle of the night shouting at the top of their lungs and the clacking of their heels. Two nights in a row. It’s no wonder the front door is locked with a code after midnight. Breakfast had a variety of cereal, rolls, eggs, sausages, bacon, fruit and cold cuts. The coffee had to be ordered by the breakfast staff. All in all - the front desk is a lifesaver for this hotel and the location that it is truly 5 mins to the Stephanplatz ubahn

The hotel was very conveniently located near enough to the tourist attractions to be easy to walk to (close to Stephan's cathedral and the subway there), but far enough away to be quiet and away from the buzz. However, the hotel had a weird smell in the lobby area, which didn't translate to the rooms. We didn't eat the breakfast. The staff was very helpful and arranged our transfer to the airport.

Nice quiet area, staff was great and very helpful. Hotel was near great authentic dining, shopping, and major attractions. Drawbacks were the soft, lumpy beds. Europe is known for its firm mattresses and ours was far from it. Recommend new mattresses, woke with back muscle soreness attributed to sleeping on their mattress 3 days in a row. Breakfast was $20 per person and was decent. Would not stay here again unless they replaced their mattresses. Request a street view, inside view lacked appeal.

No kettle in the room for tea... not everyone drinks coffee. For a recently refurbished hotel, shower wasn't great, wash basin leaked all over the bathroom floor, room safe was unserviceable, took four days to sort it. Staff were great, helpful & friendly.
