Great bed, room; excellent breakfast and dinner! But the shower it’s not good, on the first night after the shower there were water all over the bathroom, I requested to be dried and the person that came was very rude and keep speaking her own language in a bad way (I believe was tagalo).

This was a good hotel, lovely room, and very quiet. It was close to some things and a Hop On Hop Off was nearby. Our room needed some attention and to be fair they did try to fix one of the issues while we were there, but it wasn’t successful. There was an odd transition between the bathroom and main room, which did cause a few problems with stubbing our toe, because you’d forget about it. We would book this facility again for sure as any issues were minor.

very nice hotel, walking distance to the city centre. The only word of advice… the shuttle option offered on the side it is actually vip transportation … so it is cheaper to take the uber to the airport.

The hotel is in a great location with a great staff. I felt very welcomed and accommodated. It is quiet, safe, comfortable and very walkable to nearby restaurants, museums, etc. There is also a tram station very close if you don't want to walk or it's raining. The food and bar were quite nice as well if you don't want to venture out. I will say they need to update their materials, as there are not multiple restaurants as stated (one on the 7th floor and one on the 1st floor), nor a mini bar in the room. However, that is minor as you can easily walk to other restaurants or go to the self serve refreshment area in the lobby for snacks if needed. Amenities in room were nice - love the smell of their shampoo and lotion. Good assortment of teas and coffees. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Felt a bit uncomfortable in this hotel as a tourist, it felt like this hotel is specifically set up for corporate hospitality, maybe I’m being a bit picky as all our previous hotels on our holiday were small and quaint. Reception staff were good but could do with being a bit friendlier when checking in/out. Bed was way too hard for myself ( I know this is an individual preference) didn’t sleep well the 3nights we were there. I wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the lack of sleep i had.
