A lovely relaxing place to stay

The building is actually 3 apartments, 2 for guests, and the 3rd is where the hosts live, Paula & Winfried, who are a lovely friendly couple. The apartment has everything you could need. You may have to share the pool with the other guest's, but it is definitely large enough, and when we were there, we both ended up using it at different times, so we both had it to ourselves! The apartment is a bit remote, so a car is necessary, but that is part of its appeal, as it makes it a nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay, but its not that far to drive into the larger towns.We would definitely recommend it, for a quiet, relaxing holiday stay.

Fabulous

An absolutely beautiful property with fabulous hosts. It feels like you are away from it all but it is easy to get to all of the local attractions and then come home to a serene home. Highly reccommend a stay here, it will not disappoint.

Lovely and convenient stay

Note the property is not in the town of Burgau, as the map suggests. Its about 5km north near the highway. However, we found this was best as most of our time was spent in neighbouring areas/towns and being near the highway was convenient. The home is very comfortable, quiet, and clean. The back patio and pool area is peaceful and beautiful. Will definitely stay here again if we return.

Lovely start to our holiday

Easily booked, a great location, gorgeous swimming pool and welcoming hosts. We had a lovely, instantly relaxing, start to our holiday. It would be good to be explicit in the listing that the use of air conditioning brings with it an extra charge. Other than that, a fabulous place! We hope to return.

Nice place to disco et Algarves

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la Villa Lorraine. La maison était d’une propreté exceptionnelle avec tout le confort nécessaire pour ce sentir à la maison après une longue journée de découverte de l’Algarves. Les proprios sont d’une grande gentillesse et ils ont su nous faire sentir bien dès notre arrivée. Une bouteille de vin nous attendais au frigo comme cadeau de bienvenue pour commencer les vacances!😉 Nous y retournerons sans la moindre hésitation !!! Julie et Claude

Peaceful!

Beautiful, peaceful location. Very clean and well equipt. The accommodation has everything needed for a self catering stay. If you're looking for a get away from it all, here is where it is. Not walkable to the beach but only a short drive. A car is a must, but the villa location is ideal for Burgau, Salema, Lagos and further up the coast If you fancy a drive. This is our second stay here and we would definately come again. Thanks to our hosts Winefreid and Paula.

Beautiful property with fabulous pool area

We ended up staying an extra night here at this lovely property. The owners, Winifried and Paula were very friendly and welcoming, and have obviously put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that their guest's holiday experience staying at the property, is excellent. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped. There is a lovely undercover patio area with table and chairs to sit overlooking the pool. It is situated only a few minutes car journey from Burgau which is a pretty little coastal village, and is also very convenient for easy travel to other areas and towns. We would definitely recommend satying here! Simon & Linda

Très très bon séjour dans cette belle propriété.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme, la disponibilité des propriétaires et leur gentillesse, la propreté du lieu.c'était vraiment très agréable et nous recommandons fortement cette location qui n'est pas en bordure de mer mais qui pour autant est proche de la route côtière 125 donc bien pratique pour se balader.

Das war eine perfekte Unterkunft. Eine hochwertige Einrichtung, wirklich alles war vorhanden und alles war super sauber. Sehr schöne Anlage mit 2 Apartments und schönem, sauberen Pool. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr angenehm und lieb. Wir haben uns wirklich herzlich willkommen gefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub an der Algarve. Einfach schön

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Winni und Paula. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, hier steckt viel Herzblut drin. Unser Appartement war sehr sauber, der große Pool lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir reisen viel, aber so viel Liebe zum Detail haben wir nirgends vorgefunden. In der Ferienwohnung ist an alles gedacht, vom Fliegengitter bis zur Küchenausstattung. Die Gastgeber sorgen für ein heimeliges Gefühl. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Toller Urlaub...

.... bei tollen Gastgebern in einer wunderbaren, kleinen Anlage. Absolut empfehlenswert, so dass man schon fast geneigt ist, keine Empfehlung abzugeben, damit das Objekt nicht überlaufen wird und man seine eigenen Chancen auf einen freien Buchungszeitraum schmälert. Aber für Paula und Winfried (die Gastgeber), die sich über nette Gäste freuen (die doofen sollen woanders hinfahren ;-) ) ist es gut, und daher gibt es diese Bewertung!

Burgau bei Paula & Wilfried

Wenn man glaubt es gibt den Garten Eden nicht...doch bei Paula & Wilfried! Wir hatten das kleinere Apartement und für nächstes Jahr das größere von den zwei Apartements reseviert. Die beiden Gastgeber sind Weltklasse, sowie die Apartements und die gesamte Anlage. Der Pool ist ein Träumchen, sowie die Palmenlandschaft auf dem gesamten Grundstück.Einkäufe im kleinen Supermarkt in Burgau sowie zum Strand sind es Fussläufig ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto 3 Minuten.Ausfüge zu weiteren Topstränden innerhalb von 15 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, nach Lagos 10 Minuten.Tolle Wanderwege direkt an der Steilküste vor der Haustür usw.... Lieben Dank an Paula und Wilfried für den schönen Aufenthalt....bleibt Gesund & bis nächstes Jahr
