There is a covered area with an awning for outdoor dining, with a barbecue, sink, table and chairs. There is a swimming pool area, facing west, with sun loungers for sunbathing. There is parking for up to 2 cars inside the manual gate, facing east (at the entrance to the property).
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (en suite) and the others with 2 single beds, respectively. There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite with a corner shower and the other with a bath shared by the other bedrooms. One of the single bedrooms has a generous east-facing balcony with armchairs for enjoying the outdoors.
Finally, in the loft, you'll find a terrace with the total area of the villa, with fantastic Ocean views.
The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, toaster, microwave, DOLCE GUSTO capsule coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.
