Place is rundown. Furniture and fixtures beat up. Totally not worth the price. Also had to ask for new bed sheets because upon check in, we found ours had brown stains on them and they just left sheets at our door and didn’t bother to change them. Had to change the stained sheets myself. The front desk lady acted like it was an inconvenience that we asked. Crazy considering we paid almost $300 for one night. Would not stay again if you begged me.

It was average. The parking situation should specify it’s off site not on site. Condom wrappers in hallway and the room reeked of pot when I walked in, coffee in lobby non existent. The cleaning ladies were so sweet.

Not what I expected

The staff at the front desk were great. The rooms were outdated. My cleanliness of the furniture in the rooms are filthy. Stains on the chairs and floors. Asked to have another room & when I entered the room it was just as filthy as the other one. The air conditioning unit was not working properly. The manager came in to fix it and it ended up not working again the next day. Maintenance had to come in the put in a brand new unit. I appreciate the staff for being accommodating and helpful. They were & the view is what made the stay okay. Hotel is outdated. View of the beach was amazing but I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

Great value for off season room. We stayed Wednesday - Saturday. Thursday evening it was extremely loud until around midnight (with a restaurant bar underneath,) that was the only part of the stay that was not optimal.

Fantastic Service, Fantastic Getaway!!

I own my own hospitality business and I must say from the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was top of the line. Every single member of the staff was friendly, professional and courteous, the true gems of this establishment. The hotel was spotless, the rooms spotless, even behind the furniture (which I had to move out when I lost a piece of my steamer behind it)! The rooms were nicely appointed and super comfortable and the view was spectacular!!! This is a must stay if you are in Virginia Beach! We cannot wait to go back!
