I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what I expected.
The room was not properly cleaned – the curtains were stained, the windows were filthy, and the bathroom was not hygienic at all. The entire room felt very worn and outdated. The beds were also a major issue: they creaked loudly with every little movement, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep.
The whirlpool was also a big letdown. The water was greenish and full of dead flies – it looked very unclean and unmaintained.
I had booked my room with breakfast included via Expedia, but I didn’t receive a breakfast voucher at check-in. This led to an awkward situation the next morning when the waitress confronted me about it in front of other guests. Although she did eventually sort it out and got me a coupon, I was asked to sign a bill. When I asked her about it, she told me I wouldn’t be charged, but two weeks after checkout I still haven’t received any invoice via email, so I can’t verify anything.
What made things even worse was the unprofessional behavior of the waitress. After the incident, she started gossiping about me with her colleagues at the bar – just 10 meters away from where I was sitting. This was completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially considering I had booked breakfast in advance.
Overall, a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. Definitely not worth the price.
