I have stayed at this hotel three times, and overall I have always had positive impressions of the cleanliness, the transfer service, and the front desk staff. Unfortunately, during my last stay there was an unpleasant situation in the restaurant related to the behavior of a waiter, which caused discomfort. From our side, we kindly ask the hotel to pay attention to the conduct and communication of the restaurant staff with guests. I have been working in the tourism industry for over 6 years and have inspected more than 1,000 hotels in different countries, so I consider respectful and courteous treatment of guests to be a very important part of service.
