Friendly staff. The restaurant and little bar leave a lot to be desired in such an up scale hotel. Room service after 11:00 is awful and items said to be available were not. Nice rooms good view, The gym is simple awesome if you have time, it’s a commercial gym has everything, again it’s awesome. What I can’t figure out is many hotels I’ve stayed at here and at airport etc , Don’t have a simple coffee maker, You get a hot water pot . Sooo disappointing for Hilton , but Marriot at airport is same way. High end hotels lousy restaurants, Breakfast was good though.

The service is A1A, top! The selection of employees and their trainer are exceptional. These people ‘enjoy’ working here and help you. Always with a smile, always ready. My list of outstanding people is long and I risk skipping some, but here it goes: Maja, Levan, Oybek, Kuba, Wiktoria, Andrew, Rafal, Paulina, Martyna, etc. The location is perfect, parking convenient, walking distance to the large shopping mall, to parks, etc. quick airport access too. Highly recommend it. Book early because they do sell out.

Great property

Excellent property, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. The gym facility is world class, and the spa is reasonably priced. Great location and within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the main train station is a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Warsaw.

Top-Notch Hotel, but First Impressions Matter Too

I had a mostly excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb – great variety, fresh ingredients, and the staff there were consistently warm and attentive. The Pistachio Bar also stood out with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight of the hotel. The Room Turnover (cleaning service) was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout the stay. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Compared to the rest of the team, the front desk service felt a bit cold and impersonal, which was disappointing considering it’s the first point of contact for guests. A major downside was the swimming pool maintenance. There were recurring issues during my stay – either it was closed or not properly maintained, which was frustrating and disappointing. Also, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about the gym policy. I was surprised to learn that children and teenagers are not allowed to use the gym during the week, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It caused some confusion and limited our plans. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it – great food, excellent cleaning staff, and some standout amenities – but attention is needed in reception, pool maintenance, and clearer guest information regarding facilities.

Avoid. Abysmal service an below average standard.

It took them over two hours after check in time to prepare my room. All that time I was waiting in the lobby, no information, no apology I had to keep checking myself if there are any updates. The swimming pool was closed and there was no info about that while I was booking the stay (swimming pool was the main reason I've chosen this hotel). I was offered membership in Hilton Honors with someone else details in the email. And a an absolute cherry on top there was a smelly bathroom. Absolute trainwreck.
