The property was not too bad overall, but the pool area was a bit of a disappointment. There were like 20 plus group of people, they looked like they were friends or family. They have music on and it was pretty loud. They also had like 10 teenagers who were jumping none stop around the pull. I had my two daughters a 3 and a 6yr old. I didnt mind them trying to have fun, what I didnt like was that they did not respect the personal space that one hit my daughters face and another push my other daughter to the side. I spoke to the front desk person and he acted like he was clueless even though you can hear the noise from there. The next morning I spoke to the manager and he made things right since I was checking out a day early.

The first room we went into had heating issues but once they heard the problem they comped us be giving me a better room that had no issues at all. I would definitely consider coming back here

Great staff and service

This hotel has some of the best staff I have ever seen. The rooms are well appointed and the staff really care about their work and their customers. Unfortunately the clientele leave room for improvement, there are dog dropping scattered around the property and people leave their cigarette butts everywhere. Just thoughtless things that can lessen the experience for everyone else. The amenities are lacking, pool and hot tub aren’t great, the water was a little cloudy so I skipped it. No towels or cleaning options in the small gym. I just brought a towel and some alcohol wipes from my room. But keeping the paper towel stocked and having some cleaner would go a long way. Also, the completely disposable items at breakfast were disappointing. I hate eating off of plastic, and it seems super wasteful when we all have dishes in our sweets.

The only problem I had was the laundry room. There was only 1 washer usable and out of the 2 dryers that I tried they never dried my clothes and I had to find somewhere else to dry them.

Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The front desk staff was courteous during check-in, and we appreciated that our request for a crib/pack-and-play was accommodated in advance. However, the room’s cleanliness could have been improved. The floors did not appear to have been vacuumed, and we found candy wrappers on the floor, which should not have been overlooked by housekeeping. Additionally, noise was an issue. Around midnight, we were awakened by what sounded like a young man screaming, followed by others chasing him down the stairs. It appeared to be a disturbance possibly related to drinking or partying, as we also heard loud conversations and arguments that continued for half an hour. Overall, for one night, our stay was just okay.

It was clean but run down. It has the charms where it needs it though. The carpet was ripped and stained, but the shower was hot, the towels were nice and clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would go back despite the dirty carpet.

My room was clearly not clean properly the person who stayed there before us must had a dog it was dog food everywhere, little brown balls my husband broke out the first night he’s allergic to certain animals so we went out and got a blanket to sleep on top of the bed.

The room we were given for the first night was very dirty, had stains on the furniture, holes on the kitchen table, and smelled very bad. It was very late at night and we were tired after a full day of travel so stayed in the room that night, getting very little sleep, then swithced to a different room the next day. That room also smelled bad, but not as bad as the first one. Though we could tell the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff, there were still stains on the furniture, and the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. Other than that it was clean, it's just old and needs updated furnishings and carpet. We stayed here for 15 nights due to a family emergency and wanted a kitchen. Though it was a full kitchen, it was very poorly equipped. When we asked the front staff for more items they never provided any additional items. We had to borrow kitchenware from a family member nearby. Housekeeping only came one a week, very poor when you're there for a long time. This is a hotel, we would expect service more often. We could go to the front desk and get clean towels and toilet paper if we asked, but that was pretty much it. The breakfast staff, Maria, was the most friendly person. She was always there to restock the hot and cold foods, coffee, and was always keeping everything very clean. The food was basic, but good, and lots of food options to choose from. Would probably not stay here again.
