Check-in was a breeze and the gal who checked us in was enthusiastically welcoming and completely accommodating. We loved our room, and its mixture of old-timey vibes and modern conveniences. Getting a suite at such an affordable price was shocking. I would start here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property and staff! We stayed in the spacious and lovely Victorian Suite. The hotel is nestled amongst shops, cafes, restaurants, live music and close to several wineries. We really enjoyed our visit and recommend this location.

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay!! The only piece of criticism would be is that we were kept up by the couple in the room next to us. We could hear everything they were saying through the walls. Even with that we really enjoyed the stay. The suite was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and accommodating! Our driver Jake was also great! We are already thinking about when we want to come back and stay here again!!!!!

Hermann Crown Suites was great! We stayed in the Soda Pop Suite and it was the cutest suite. 3 bedroom 2 bath, lots of room and so close to everything. Highly recommend!!!!

This is a nice hotel located in the middle of Hermann, the hotel room is spacious and has a comfortable bed. For the price of the hotel, it is worth it. The only issue was, that it was a Saturday night and there was an outside bar and it didn’t get quiet until around midnight. I would stay again.

Parking especially for unloading and loading your car can be a challange especially on a Saturday evening. The clearing of snow on the sidewalks and parking areas was below expectations and made getting in and out of our vehicle difficult. The property itself needs some repair and refreshing of carpets but was okay for a weekend stay.

When we arrived, the hotel was locked and no one was available at the front desk until 11 am. The staff left again at 7 pm. Your on your own after that.The hotel was charming and the room was beautiful. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. Spongy fruit and limited choices even for a continental breakfast. The front desk staff was wonderful and most accomodating. Most restaurants and wineries were closed because of snow, so no transport around town either. The next day most were open again. Despite disappointments would stay again and give it another try.
