The customer service was excellent. Have an indoor pool and outdoor pool. Good cleanliness. Firepit area well kept, good size, large Adirondack chairs. Nice flowers/ tall grasses all over the property

The heated indoor pool was great. The room however smelled strongly of ammonia upon arrival so much so that you could still smell it all night and it left me light headed and dizzy.

First thing i noticed when entering room was the smell of clorox. Phone was unplugged, desk dusty bathroom shower leaking, patio sliding door broken ,patio dirty i wanted to cancel my stay on the same day and book holiday inn down the street. The maintenance guy did not look presentable! He was rude to me when i said i will cancel! I had a slerpless night looking forwsrd to motning and vhevk out to go book holiday inn. DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY PICTURES ONLINE. Place needs to be updated! Not worth the money!

Upon arrival into room, we found trash on the floor, the curtains were broken, the sheets were wet, along with a damp musty smell. Someone came up and told us it was fine with no resolution to our findings. So we checked out . The front us refused to give his name and told us to return the next day between 10 - 2 to take care of a refund. So on our last day of vacation, we came in and the “GM” told that he couldn’t help either. We stayed at the Hampton Inn instead and they told us that they receive the Sands guests all the time. Still waiting on refund. Terrible. Run from this place!!
