The hotel itself was nice & clean. The AC in my room was leaking. I wish there was more entertainment during the day and evening for everyone. The bartenders need a bit more training. A lot did not know how to make certain drinks. There should have been someone walking around the pool asking people for their drinks as well. My main concern was the food. It could have been better. The food was pretty average and not enough range at the main buffet. The wait time for the food at their restaurants was long as well.

When I first arrived was put in a room that someone had just got out the bed.They say they have these different restaurants but forget to say you need to make a reservation to eat there then the ones we were able to get in when we get there the first thing they say is we don't have these three things whats the purpose of a reservation if you not going to have food for the guest at a resort I'm used to being catered to with them coming and taking drink orders when you are lounging on the property none of that at this hotel.the elevator was broke two days and being on the third floor is no joke trying to get back to your room after a few cocktails

Stay was great. The hotel is right in the beach and you can swim in any weather because if the riffs that prevent the waves from coming from the ocean. That’s a great plus. Good for kids and adults. You can snorkel right at those riffs or even close to the beach. Fish are everywhere. Lots of palapas and lounge chairs with umbrellas. The negative and very upsetting part though is that you have to pay for palapas $20 per day. It doesn’t make sense. It should be included. Does hotel want to come to their beach and burn? There is no system if palapa reservation either. You can pay $20 to a person at the beach and then once you leave for excursion with your towel, somebody else takes your paid palapa. And you cannot get more towels to preserve your palapa because you are o my given one towel per a card. Another useless system with card for towel. Why it’s not enough yo have a hotel bracelet to get beach towels? Food was great for any taste. Drinks at the pool bar especially were awful. The bar people do not know even how to make drinks. Plus they do not care. The guys would stand and look at you and pretend you were not there for 20 minutes talking to each other and the girls. Forget about reserving a restaurant for another two days if you arrive after 4 to the hotel. We spent 10 hours coming from Boston and arrived to hotel after 4. There was no reservation for the same evening and even for the next day. Otherwise the stay was great. Hope hotel will address these issyes.

I enjoyed the actual resort and the food the had to offer. The location of the resort is ideal if you want to spend some time in Willemstad. I thought the food selection was great only trying 3 restaurants. I thought all restaurants that I tried were delicious. My only negative thought about it was the room - I didn't think it was very high end. The room was good but I have been to other hotels that were rated the same and had a more luxurious appeal to them. I also had some problems in the hotel, like AC issues and the fact that the vent in the bathroom was on nonstop and there was no way to turn it off or at least we couldn't find it, which made it noisy to sleep with.

The room was fine. Housekeeping should make sure to face towels in the room. More hut sitting at the beach, so you are not fighting locals to get a set at the beach. The dining and lobby should be closed off so air conditioning can happen. It's uncomfortable eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the humidity.

The grounds are beautiful; however, I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. Unfortunately my luggage was lost by the airline. On my first night, I was tired and napped through dinner. I ordered room service and it never came. They charge $15 for room service, so I had to get it removed off my bill. My luggage was delivered to the hotel on my second day and NOBODY EVER TOLD ME OR DELIVERED MY LUGGAGE to my room. I went to the airport complaining and they informed me that the luggage was delivered. When I went back to the hotel, they nonchalantly gave me my luggage like it hadn’t been there for almost 24 hours. There was a crack in my shower and I had ants, I complained multiple times and it was never properly addressed. Housekeeping never came to adequately clean my room and one day they came only when I complained. There was only one day I had a DND sign on the door. My friend stayed in another room and he never had any issue with housekeeping, so it was definitely an isolated issue. The cheese tray they give you when you arrive was not removed until Monday evening after housekeeping had already come and I arrived on Saturday. I had to keep asking for towels after they had taken towels and wash clothes from my room. The restaurants are also impossible to get reservations at through the app, maybe going to the front desk is better. Definitely won’t be returning.

Dear Customer Service Team, I hope you are well. I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding the service my family and I received during our stay this past Saturday. We were visiting to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, but several issues made the experience very disappointing. Our check-in was delayed until 4:15 PM, and when I asked the front desk representative for updates, her attitude was dismissive rather than helpful. I was told the delay was due to the marathon, but this did not explain the lack of communication. The refrigerator in our room was also not refilled daily, which required me to request refills each day while traveling with two minors. In addition, one of the security guards followed my daughter and me to check our bracelets, which made us uncomfortable even though we were wearing them. These issues made what should have been a special celebration unnecessarily stressful. I respectfully request that you review my concerns and provide an explanation and appropriate resolution.
