The Resort bartenders were not friendly didn’t engage in conversation nor did they make great drinks. The area that had outside snacks had a pigeon problem. The best employees were the employees that cleaned the rooms. We left a great tip for them. The buffet was great except no silverware and when you asked for it they seemed bothered. I would not recommend this resort.

The property was cleaned and the surrounding area were nice and clean. The restaurant was amazing. The staff was helpful and kept the room clean. The dislike was the after hours for things to eat. I would suggest maybe Pizza and other small items for snack. They did have chicken nuggets and fries. Overall the property was awesome and i will stay there again.

This property was the worst hilton I’ve ever stayed at. A worker walked into our room without knocking, the food is terrible and timing the buffet is open is not convenient, never had mint for mojitos, the smoothie bar was only open 3 days out of the 7 days we stayed, the outlet in the room didn’t work on one side, the side pools were closed and it smelled terrible, a ton of birds in the buffet area, they never cleaned our room or restocked any of the drinks/snacks, the buffet plates and cups were dirty, trash was left everywhere, the 24/7 bar was closed at 11pm, the late night snacks only included bread and was usually closed, no safes in the rooms, didn’t refill the body wash/shampoo the entire time we were there and even after we said something, we had two lizards in our room, and they also never answer the front desk phone and we called a total of 6 different times. After multiple complaints to the front desk they promised our things would be restocked and something would be done to improve our stay, nothing was ever done. Also the manager told us he would send an email with the complaints and never did. House keeping also turned off our AC when they explicitly told us to always keep it on so our room was unbearably hot when we got back. Would not recommend or ever stay here again. The RIFF looked much nicer and the drinks were way better the one time we went to dinner over there.

we didn’t get the room that we paid for we got a partial ocean view and could not see ANY of the ocean we told the staff and they said they would switch our room and they didn’t. the food was worse than we could have ever could have imagined. we had to eat out for most meals even though we payed for all inclusive. saw 2 cockroaches, blood on bedsheets, terrible smell by the pool area every single day like spoiled milk or throw up. this was the most explains all inclusive we ever went to and it was by FAR the worse experience we couldn’t wait to come home

Food only okay, and not always available. In resort restaurant reservations are 24 hours and require standing in line early in the morning to book. The food in Restaurants are only slightly better than what you can get at the buffet and very limited menu. Cleaning staff is inconsistent. Rooms not cleaned for days even though asked for. Property is nice but not cleaned. Dirty glasses, food, and trash around the property for days untouched. Overall nice property and place to vacation if you are willing to overlook these issues. Water slides were nice feature of the resort, however staff was unattentive and there is a shortage of tubes so expect to wait for people to stop hording them.
