We loved staying at the Caesars! I wish there was more money invested into this place because it literally has EVERYTHING in this resort! We booked a double bed with a river view, the space was big enough but it could have been bigger. Every employee was courteous, helpful and friendly. The Spago, italian restaurant within the resort, is 10/10 recommended, freshly made pasta from scratch and every detail accounted for. I highly recommend doing the Valet parking so that you avoid a long walk and/or self park. It is worth the small investment. The view is absolutely breathtaking and it was the perfect stay, Caesars was definitely the best option for the first time visiting Windsor, Canada.

One of the poorest receptions of any stay at a hotel. Check-in is ridiculous at 4pm. Room still not available at 530pm. Asked for a cocktail to be comped while I waited for what I was told would be 5mins to finish prepping my room. Ended up another 45mins without any follow up. Key was eventually delivered to me personally, however, zero explanation where to go after realizing I’m not even in the same building. I finally requested to speak to the manager which took another 10mins. I asked the manager to take care of my parking…not an option! I explained I hold experience having worked in hotels for 15yrs that this was unacceptable treatment and was told it was because they were previously sold out due to a conference. First point, that has nothing to do with me paying full price for a room that should be available to me at the time posted. Second point, why would you think that telling me how much money the hotel made that week would somehow temper my feelings towards my room not being available?! Very poor customer engagement by this hotel. Truth be told I will never stay at this tired looking hotel again. Could not be more negative an experience. Couldn’t rate this hotel lower if I wanted to!

This property is huge. I get why they do it, from the hotel check in to your rooms is probably a 2km walk. Very confusing walk, but they want you to walk by all the slot machine. From the parking garage to the hotel check in to your rooms is a lot of walking so be prepared. Very clean rooms & a nice stay but just too spread out

The hotel is penny pinching every guest. The rooms have no glasses, just plastic, no room service, no house keeping unless you are there 3 nights. They gauge you on a resort fee.....for what??? $28 to walk through the depressing slot machine area. $25 to check in early (as in 2pm not 4pm) and the room was ready and EMPTY. Cheap and bad....would NOT recommend!!

No need for alarm

The room was beautiful and the view was very cool. Having said that, the fire alarm went off at 1:30AM and continued to go off for 30 minutes. We called down twice and were told they were trying to find the source and to stay in our rooms. Then it stopped, they made an announcement that they had figured it out and we could resume our evening. Then it went off again....it was horrible.

The hotel was fine. Great beds and pillows. Wasn't as grand as Vegas. Nero's was a very expensive disappointment and should not be affiliated with a cesars palace hotel/casino. No other high end restaurant on site. Will not return.
