they would not let me change my check in date even though they had plenty of rooms .I gave them plenty of notice but they would not budge . I am truly pissed . I was charged twice for a one night stay .I will never stay there again because this should not be the way a customer or guest should be treated .

We arrived at the hotel to find that this hotel is essentially adults only. We had 2 children ages 11 and 6yr old. We arrived after 9pm. We were advised that the restaurants are located in the casino which is 19 plus, therefore, are children were not able to eat at the hotel. We had to leave the hotel for dinner. The children were also not allowed in the jacuzzi or pool. This hotel should advertised as ADULT ONLY. As they are NOT welcoming to guests with families. We will never stay here again
