The independent villa-duplex 7 PIEDRAS in Playa Blanca is a fully equipped property located in a charming urbanization, less than 1.5 kilometers from the paradisiacal Papagayo beaches. This 110 square meter home offers the perfect accommodation for families and groups of up to 6 people, with base capacity for 4 adults and 2 children.





The property has 3 well-distributed bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk bed and additional bed for children. It has 2 full bathrooms with shower, ensuring comfort for all guests. The decoration is modern and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy your stay.





The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout the property, ensuring comfort year-round. The living area includes a sofa and satellite television with multiple languages available (Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and more). Additionally, it has a safe for storing your valuables.





The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, electric ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils to prepare your meals. Free WiFi access is available throughout the property.





The exterior of the villa is exceptional, surrounded by a 200 square meter garden with garden furniture and barbecue area. It features two terraces with views of the Ajaches promontory and its volcanoes, offering spectacular views. The property has a private swimming pool of 8 x 3 meters, heated and available upon request with an additional cost, maintained between 26-28ºC throughout the year.





The parking is private and open-air, located in the same building with 1 space available. The property has a fenced land of 200 square meters, providing privacy and security.



Strategic location: The villa is located just 600 meters from the Hiper Dino supermarket, 900 meters from the rocky beaches of Coloradas, 1,100 meters from restaurants, 100 meters from cafes, and 2,600 meters from the center of Playa Blanca. The Playas Papagayo natural park is 1,500 meters away, the Aqualava water park is 4,700 meters away, and César Manrique airport is 29 kilometers away. The San Marcial Rubicón bus stop is just 600 meters away.





Playa Blanca is the third most important tourist enclave in Lanzarote, located in the south of the island in the municipality of Yaiza. The town combines fishing tradition with tourist modernity, offering an extensive seafront promenade that borders almost its entire coast. From here it is easy to access attractions such as Timanfaya National Park, the Fire Mountains, Los Hervideros and El Golfo, all less than 20 minutes by car.





The property includes bedding and towels for shower and pool, which will be changed every 9 days after arrival. An iron is provided for your convenience. Please note that pets and youth groups are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited on the property. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Lovely villa and pool. Quiet neighbourhood. Well equipped kitchen. Great if you want to have a downstairs bedroom as we did. Only gripe is it was a bit of a trek to the promenade and no bars on the way down. Would recommend hiring a car.

Great stay

Great property with everything we needed for a very relaxing weeks stay. Dreams Homes were very easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. We enjoyed the east walk to Marina Rubicon having spent very relaxing days by a clean pool. We would definitely come back having stayed in Playa Blanca many times before.

Fabulous villa

We have just returned from a fantastic 14 night stay in 7 Piedras. Beautiful clean villa. Fully kitted out very comfortable. Lovely pool area. 10 minute walk to San Marcial supermarket and the wonderful Antonio's cafe. Very quiet villa in a gated community. Excellent communication from start to finish. We will book again.

Peaceful relaxing stay

The villa was beautiful very well kept, would advise others that the washer is in a cupboard at the front of the property (as we couldn’t find it at first).The pool wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there which was a shame. But other than that we had a fantastic stay really relaxing. Thank you

Villa stay

The villa was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were just as described and we appreciated the welcome pack. We loved the villa and the outside space in particular. Although you could walk to the nearest shop, it was easier to drive to and from the supermarket and the promenade. We especially liked the Marina Rubicon area. While you could manage without a car, I would recommend having one.

Fantastic Villa, great stay, perfect location!

We had a fantastic 9 night stay at the Property, easy to walk into Marina Rubicon, which we did on a number of Evenings. We had a hire car to explore further afield in the day. Villa very well presented and equipped. Quiet area which suited us perfectly for relaxing. Very efficient booking process and check in. Would highly recommend the Villa and we are considering booking again for next Year. Thanks for a great stay/holiday. Craig

Lovely Villa 7 Piedras made us feel at home from Day 1

Our Villa made for one of the best stays on Lanzarote so far. Tastefully furnished and with cozy living and bedrooms we instantly felt at home. The kids really enjoyed the small pool at the terrace. The surrounding is really quiet and fenced in with a gate it also adds to feeling safe. Walking down to the beach in Playa Blanca is a proper walk but feasible. We will look for another stay there, also the communication with dreamhomes was friendly and helpful at all times in advance. Clearly recommended!

Villa great in a quiet location. About 10 mins walk to nearest shop for food and 20 mins walk to Rubicon marina Only difficulty we had was finding villa as it was dark when we arrived but we got there eventually Just a wee tip you have to enter code for big gate three times before it opens Any issues with the villa and we got a very prompt response and a maintenance man arrived to sort out the issue Would definitely return

Great value villa

Nice clean villa - just as described on website. 2 comfy double beds with proper mattresses. We didn’t test the bunk beds. Kitchen has everything you need and is nice and bright. Outside area is clean and tidy with good sunloungers and comfy seating on roof terrace. All in good order which is not always the case in my experience. Pool is small perhaps for a family but perfect for a couple or those who just want to cool off rather than swim. Located in nice quiet area 15 min walk or 3 min drive to Rubicon marina.

We always hire a car, so the remote location was fine for us, but I wouldn’t recommend this villa without transport. The communication and notices felt unwelcoming, parts of the listing were misleading. The villa listing suggests you get the full property, but the master bedroom with balcony (as shown in the listing photos) is locked and inaccessible, so the only good double room is downstairs. The alternative upstairs double is very small, with no space to comfortably move around the bed. The bunk room has a small balcony, but the door can’t be locked and there’s no curtain, so next door can see in. The bedroom had no sockets near the bed, and I had to run an extension lead across the floor for medical equipment. We paid 90 for pool heating, but the temp was under 20C and only usable from day 4 of our stay onwards, with no refund for lost days. The 300 deposit is taken 6wks before arrival and refunded up to a week after, we lost money due to exchange rate changes over those 6 weeks, In our view, the deposit should be taken on arrival and not held by the rental company for such a long time. On the positive side, the villa was very clean, the showers were excellent, and the kitchen was well equipped, the washing machine is in an outside cupboard behind drive. Parking is tight, and only the pedestrian gate code was provided before arrival, we found a fob inside the villa but no instructions for arrival by car. Many of the printed notices focused on penalties and fines.

Lovely villa

A lovely villa within a gated complex. The location is a 15 to 20 minute walk from the marina. Very clean and well equipped. Struggled to get the Wi-Fi working upstairs but it worked fine downstairs. We stayed in late November, so the pool was heated but it was still a bit on the cold side. A lot of the nearby villas didn’t seem to be occupied when we were there, so the location was lovely and quiet. Plenty of cutlery and glasses so we didn’t need to constantly wash up. The tv hooked up to our phones allowing us to play our music with great sound quality. All in all very good and would recommend.

Great Stay

We had a great stay and loved the villa. We just had a slight issue with the key lock when we arrived late at night as we were unable to budge it to open it but after messaging Dream Homes they stated that it could be stiff so we had to use quite a bit of force to get it open. (It may be a good idea to advise people arriving that this could possibly happen). Other than that, everything else was great, the villa was beautiful, it was spotlessly clean, we loved the location, very peaceful and the pool was warm enough for us without any heating. There was just two of us so one of us had the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and the other had the down stairs which was perfect. Dream Homes were very quick at responding to our queries and messages. The villa had everything you need, we loved it and would recommend it and would definitely like to go back again. Thank you.

Lovely House

This property has one of the best equipped kitchens we've ever seen in a rental - all that was missing was an electric kettle. The property is about a 25 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina so a car could be seen as useful but not essential - a stiff walk back up hill on the way back. The nearest bus stop was about a 10 minute walk. The pool was maintained at a nice warm temperature - even in February but there were only 2 functioning sun beds for a property that can sleep 6. The property was missing a guest information pack which I felt would have been beneficial - the washing machine is hidden away outside the property so we didn't find it straight away. For English speaking customers the TV choice was very poor - but we did discover a guest account for Netflix half way through our 10 day break. A few areas of the property could do with some minor refurbishment if you were to be really picky - but we would happily return to this property again.

Lovely Villa

This lovely villa suited us exactly for what we were looking for. 2 adults looking for a chilling relaxing time away. The villa is very well equiped with everything you need. A home from home. As there were only the 2 of us we lived on the ground floor as there is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs. There are a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Plenty of room for more than one family. A very comfortable villa. The pool was a little cool so we payed for the heating, which made a big difference. Overall we were very satisfied with the villa. It was a twenty minute walk to Rubicon Marina where you can find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Taxi prices very reasonable. On our last day we met the owner who was explaining to us his plans to make a few building changes. Starting the day after we checked out. I will look forward to seeing the new renovated villa. It was very nice as it was so I can imagine it will be beautiful when finished. I'd definitely recommend and if we ever return to Lanzarote we'd book again.

Einiges ist in die Jahre gekommen und musste ausgetauscht werden, das Büro war stets behilflich. Die Matten für die Liegen am Pool sollten erneuert werden oder wenigstens gewaschen werden, da das weiße im Muster am Kopf und Fußende schon braun war. Vielleicht auch mal ein paar Schüsseln anschaffen, wir waren nur zu zweit und trotzdem war eine Schüssel zu knapp.

Schönes Haus in abgeschlossener Wohnanlage

Das Haus ist genauso, wie vom Anbieter beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Wir hatten vor der Anreise Kontakt mit der Agentur, die uns alle Fragen auch während des Aufenthalts immer sehr schnell beantwortet hat. Die Wohnanlage ist allgemein ruhig, zumindest hatten wir Glück, da drei der umliegenden Häuser nicht belegt waren. Den Pool haben wir sehr genossen, er wurde regelmäßig gewartet. Die Wohnräume sind für unseren Geschmack ansprechend und schön eingerichtet. Die Küchenausstattung war für ein Ferienhaus gut. Wir haben einen Wasserkocher vermisst, am nächsten Tag wurde uns einer gebracht (zwar völlig verrostet, aber wir konnten ihn reinigen). Die Sauberkeit haben wir mit nur 3 Sternen bewertet, da die Oberflächen der Küchenschränke wirklich alles andere als sauber waren und unter den Betten lange nicht gekehrt war, dort war Dreck und Staub ohne Ende. Ansonsten gute Ausstattung, bequemes Sofa, genügend Platz und gute Klimaanlagen. Die Lage des Hauses fanden wir sehr praktisch. Dass man nur mit einem Code in die Wohnanlage kommt, gab uns ein sicheres Gefühl.

In Ordnung , verbesserungswürdig

Schönes Objekt. Preis Leistung gut. Allerdings fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten. Eine willkommensbroshüre wäre toll um zb zu wissen dass die Waschmaschine draußen steht ( nicht direkt sichtbar), der Pool hätte sauberer sein können, oder eine Info dass die Haustür sich selbst Abschließt zur Terrasse. Wir haben uns leider direkt am Anfang ausgeschlossen. Die Eingangstür ging zu und der Schlüssel war im wohnzimmer. Zum Glück hatten wir Handys dabei und uns wurde für 50€ die Tür aufgemacht +Trinkgeld. Der Service war gut. Allerdings haben wir uns geärgert. Als wir anreisten zur vereinbarten Check in Zeit war alles schmutzig . Dreckiges Bett und Handtücher. Wir mussten direkt duschen und waren uns nicht sicher also benutzt wir die Handtücher und gingen essen. Klopapier war leer und wir hatten Reinigungsmittel gekauft plus duschzeug. Wir sind essen gegangen , kamen wieder und es war eine Reinigungskrsgt da. Somit hatten wir mit benutzten Handtüchern geduscht ( wie vermutet) und unsere Reinigungsmittel und schampo wurde geklaut. Leider aber wir sind nicht böse. Zur Begrüßung gab es dann Wein Wasser und kekse. Etwas mehr liebe und es wäre 10/10. es wäre schön wenn Seife Klopapier etwas zum putzen und Waschpulver von Anfang an da gewesen wäre. Danke
