Upon entering the villa, a private garden leads to the pool area, equipped with sun loungers, a Balinese bed, and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying outdoor moments. Inside, a spacious hall connects to the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, 55" Smart TV, and dining area, illuminated by large doors opening to the terrace.
The master bedroom features a double bed, ample built-in wardrobes, and direct access to the pool, with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom offers two single beds and an independent bathroom with a shower, providing privacy and comfort for all guests.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, blender, and extractor. Adjacent to it, there is a lounge area and a laundry room with washing machine, which also connects to the terrace.
Located in Playa Blanca, the villa is surrounded by bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, with excellent road connections to Lanzarote’s main tourist attractions, including Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua, Mirador del Río, and La Graciosa Island from Órzola. Guests can also visit the beaches of Papagayo, Famara, or La Concha in El Cotillo, enjoy César Manrique’s art at the Monumento al Campesino, explore the La Geria wineries, or discover the Museo Atlántico, Europe’s only underwater museum. The Salinas de Janubio are a must-see, especially at sunset, when the landscape’s colors intensify.

The villa is designed to combine functionality and comfort. It includes 600 Mb/s fiber WiFi, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Outdoors, the private pool can be heated upon request (extra cost), and features a sunshade, awning, and sun loungers.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, blender, and extractor. Adjacent, there is a lounge area and a laundry room with washing machine, also connecting to the terrace. For families with babies, a crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.

Pool maintenance is carried out once a week.
Playa Blanca is a fishing village that has become the main tourist hub of the Yaiza municipality. Its beaches, awarded the Blue Flag by the European Union for their crystal-clear waters and accessible infrastructure, are complemented by a wide range of dining, commercial, and leisure options, making it one of Lanzarote’s most important beach destinations.
The town features an extensive promenade linking its beaches and two major ports: the Maritime Port, providing access to tourist and local transport boats, and the Marina Rubicón. Beyond the urban area, must-visit spots include Playa Papagayo, Los Charcones, Los Ajaches, and the Pechiguera Lighthouse.
For those seeking nearly untouched beaches with sand and space to relax, the Monumento Natural de Los Ajaches offers several white-sand coves with turquoise waters, popular among nature lovers. Notable beaches in the Papagayo area include Playa Papagayo, Playa de los Pozos, and Playa Mujeres, along with smaller coves in the protected area. Access is by car to the parking areas, followed by short easy trails; Playa Mujeres is particularly accessible for visitors with reduced mobility, with the bathing area level with the parking lot.
For a more urban experience with all amenities, Playa Blanca offers three well-equipped beaches suitable for family visits year-round. Close to the port, guests can find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, and bars. One of these beaches also holds a Blue Flag and provides facilities for people with disabilities.
The promenade continues to Playa Flamingo, a golden-sand beach with calm waters and nearby shops and facilities. To the east is Playa Dorada, another attractive beach with clean white sand. Playa Blanca’s beaches offer various water sports for all ages and skill levels.
