Each villa features a heated pool with solar heated shower, chill out area and great glass South-facing walls making the villa extremely luminous, and perfect for that luxury feel. Its location is in a quiet area but just a ten minute walk from the marina where you can find some of the best restaurants on the island!

On entry you will have a private parking space taking you directly to the entrance of the villa. Arriving you will find a spacious living room with large TV and international channels, and on the other side the beautiful open style kitchen with breakfast bars and spacious dining table.
You can open the huge terrace doors from the living room as well as from the dining room giving you direct access to the terrace and pool area.

The master bedroom is located at the very front of the house, and has a private terrace, as well as a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, all tastefully designed and creating a real oasis of tranquility.

From the corridor you can also access the second and third bedroom as well as the second bathroom, also featuring a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be prepared as two singles and the third bedroom offers two comfortable single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV and there is a central air conditioning system throughout the house, with independent controls for every room.

The pool features a strong current for swimming which can be turned on or off. The pool heating is activated in the winter months to make sure you can use it all year round. The exterior shower is solar heated with a 15l tank. The exterior bbq is perfect for those warm evenings to enjoy a home cooked dinner, or even hire your private chef!

Right in front of Taboire, you can find the Sportsclub Puerto Calero. This is one of the most modern, innovative and versatile sports facilities in Lanzarote.
