Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 98cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 125cm wide. The terrace area is flat and tiled, whilst there is a small lip down from the patio doors to the terrace. The pool itself requires step access. This is a ground floor property where both bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 70cm.
