Due to its convenient location, you have easy access to nearby supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the sandy beaches of Playa Blanca. As an added bonus, as well as being car optional, Villa Sama comes with complimentary pool towels and table tennis. Enjoy a game amongst friends and family on the terrace, or grab a shaded spot with a good book and a homemade cocktail. The pool is ideal for splashing around with the kiddies during the midday sun. 
Inside, this ground-floor property boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms, making Villa Sama ideal for smaller groups. Patio doors lead from the covered terrace to the living room. Bright and airy, this sun-filled room comes complete with cosy sofas and even a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is modern in style, with all the latest appliances, making your cooking experience as simple as possible. The master double bedroom has a private shower ensuite, whilst the two twin rooms share a separate family bathroom.

To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm. The front door has a width of 168cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 70cm wide. The terrace is open plan, and as can be seen in the images, is made up of different surfaces. The ground is level and made up of tiles and artificial grass. The pool path from the gate is on a very slight incline. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70m, whilst the family bathroom door width is 60cm.
