We did not have breakfast in the hotel as it was not included in the overnight price but we did use the lounge in the evening and that was a bit of a disaster as my husband found a beer bottle lid in his drink and the food we ordered was cold. However.... when we ate in the restaurant part 2 nights later, the food was delicious and hot and everything was great! The king size bed was definately comfortable and there was lots of space in the room. It could have been a little cleaner overall. This hotel is not cheap in price and when we left they didn't even ask if we enjoyed our stay. Would I recommend this hotel? Probably not as I'm sure you can find cheaper with the same comfort. That said, seeing the Northern Lights right in front of your hotel room outside without obstruction is something I will never forget!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was quite good! Rooms were comfortable but found trash between the night stand and the bed and also pretzel bits in front of the chair in the living room. Cleaning staff not as thorough as I would like. Also, there is no installed Air Conditioner so they have a portable unit which sits on a nightstand between the bed and the wall. It was so loud, it was hard to sleep, even with ear plugs in. Room temp was an issue throughout my stay.
