Our toilet flooded when we tried to drain the bathtub. Asked to fix it and clean the toilet floor. They fixed the drain but left the toilet floor dirty. We had to clean it ourselves. Otherwise, the staff were very helpful even pulling out traffic information regarding the ekiden to help us get around.
