The apartment Zrinka is located on the first floor of the family house Matulić. It has a beautiful view on the see and on the garden.
Apartment features two bedrooms, living room with extra sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom and two balconies. It is equipped with flat screen TV and it is air conditioned. Kitchen is fully equipped and with all necessary utensils. In the house backyard there is a BBQ and garden terrace space that guests can use. There is a free WiFi in the house same as free parking in front of house.
The house is located on the small island Ist which is the part of Zadar archipelago. The Island have post office, ambulance, tourist info and market that are all nearby the house. The beach and the closest restaurant are just 100 m from the house. Ferry to Zadar and continental Croatia is just 800 m from the house.
Island Ist is specific , in terms, there is no car traffic on isplan. This means, one can get to the ispland by car, but car has to be left on the parking , in the ferry port, and reach apartment by foot.
