One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony With its balcony overlooking the vibrant Kalelarga street, this air-conditioned apartment comes with a flat-screen satellite TV in the separate bedroom, while the living area combines a small sofa, dining table and a kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. Please note that extra beds are not available in this room type.

Centrally located Apartments Vincent offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi, LCD satellite TV and a balcony overlooking the vibrant Kalelarga street, the main street of Zadar's historic core. Riva promenade, St. Donatus Church and the Sea Organ are just steps away. All apartments have a kitchen with microwave, dining table and coffee machine, and the bathroom includes a shower, free toiletries and hairdryer. Numerous traditional restaurants, some bars and shops can be found within the Old Town. Cathedral of St. Anastasia and the nicely restored remains of the ancient Roman Forum are just down the street from Vincent Apartments. A supermarket and Zadar's main green market with an abundance of fresh groceries are 160 metres away. You can catch a public bus by the bridge and visit other parts of the city. Kolovare Beach starts about 1 km away, while the Krešimir Ćosić Arena in the Višnjik district is 1.7 km from the Vincent.
For any reservation which is 28 nights or longer special monthly discount and special conditions apply: electricity utility cost is excluded from the total price and it is payed monthly based on the actual consumption. Every two weeks cleaning service is mandatory to change bed linen and towels which is excluded from the total price. Price of electricity is aproximately 0,87 HRK/kWh.
