Do not stay here!!! I’ve stayed in over 40 countries and this was the single worst place I’ve ever stayed! No way to use the shower without completely flooding the room which I had to clean up myself. They lied to both myself and Expedia about everything they said and did. Completely dishonest and unethical people. Promised me another room then told me and Expedia they were overbooked but wouldn’t refund anything before I even stayed one night. Anywhere else would be better!!! They couldn’t have lied more or handled things worse.

Luggage lift not working and you are expected to carry your heavy ones to the 5th floor and way back. It is not acceptable even when it is advertised as budget hotel. Think of an elderly person have to do this which i believe is just ridiculous!!! No staff around to help or even update when it will start working. Overall very bad experience and would avoid at any cost.

The most horrible experience ever in my 72 years. The hotel location is soooo confusing that although I gave the address to the Taxi driver still he took us to the wrong place. Then I have to get another taxi to take us to the right place. Even there the driver got suspicious and took us around then he said I think this is it. Now we finally checked in. They put us at 5 floor up without elevator and we carried our luggage. I didn’t know how to cancel the reservation and go to another place. There is No Soap or anything to call the place A hotel. I am surprised we didn’t have heat attack.

Easy to check In/check out and really like that there were self servce luggage storge in the hotel before the check in time. They had bed, hanger, towels, platic cups, tissue, soap, all in one shampoo. The hotel itself was really quiet but it was Saturday to there were roof top party was going on at the next buiding… The music was so loud until the late night… The 2 things that I didnt like were the luggage lift was broken so we had to carry our luggage to the second floor… And the room was too small that I couldn’t even fully open my luggage..

Luggage lift not working, carried 100lbs of luggage up 4 flights of stairs, room did not look like photos, ceiling slanted and could not stand up in room. Bathroom has light flickering and made it uncomfortable to shower. Noted that this is what 120CFH gets you.

Check in was super easy. There were no amenities. It is a room with two beds, two towels, two pillows and two blankets with not much else. If super simple is what you need, this is the place for you. Very convenient to the main train station in Zurich. I was only there for one night so it was okay.

I was 5 days in Switzerland and they never clean my room, not change my towels, not check shampoo and soap. Plus not A/C in rooms. It was really hoy because is summer time. The only thing that is really worthy is the walkable area and near to Zurich HB céntrale station.

The hotel is adequate for a place to sleep and shower. I would advise against staying in the summer, there is no AC and the rooms are not well ventilated, no fan, no mini fridge for cold drinks, no ice machine. I couldnt sleep well as I kept waking up in a puddle of sweat. The staff that I met was very friendly, helpful, and advised that it was going to be very hot here in the summer.

The Hotel is a walking distance from the main train station from where we took 9 minutes to the airport, but not the best neighborhood. Since the Hotel didn’t have air conditioning and it was hot, we let the windows open, and it was noise at night and at 5 am people were working and being loud.

Had to re-complete the self check in process due to a technical issue. Wouldn't have been an issue if there was a customer restroom accessible in the lobby, which there is not. Exhaust fan in restroom not working or wired, and the lightweight shower curtain moves with the shower water draft so to stick to shower occupant. Highly recommend bringing a pillow, as the provided pillow is very thin. Extra firm bed, not for "side sleepers". Carry in drinkable water. No kettle or cups provided. Half of the room (8 linear meters) has no electrical receptacle. No USB outlets supplied, so bring your USB phone charger.

It's not cheap for what you get. Next time I would rather pay little bit more and stay in proper hotel. Location is not 8 mns walk from main train station its 20 mns. Flickering cheap pot lights. Washroom sliding door doesn't close properly shower poor quality curtian shower head very poor quality. It's good for one person for few hrs to sleep n take shower not for couple. No elevator/lift only luggage lift.

Hotel for robots. Very un-personable, tiny, bare

Not personal at all. No table or chain in room. super tiny bathroom. No one to talk to for any issues. Phone number was out of service. You need to send an email to get any help. I wanted to add a day to my reservation, I ended up getting locked out of my room between 11am and 3pm while their fully automated system transferred between one reservation to another.
