"Very worn out hotel with quite a low customer service. Reception was not eager to serve and no smile on sight! Location was nice and convenient. Even though rooms were cleaned daily, there was dust on the floors."

"I picked this hotel mainly for its convenient location near the national mall.
However I was surprised by the sheer quality of the hotel in and of itself.
The room was nice and the bed really comfortable. The Ipad was also a great way to control all aspects of the room conveniently!
I didn‘t try out the breakfast or other dining opportunities nor the hotel gym, so rating those aspects is rather difficult. Otherwise the hotel was in total a really great one and definetly where I‘d stay if I come back to D.C in the future! "
