Great Budget Hotel

Was just traveling through. Stayed for one night and have no complaints. The room was nice and clean and the staff was great (what little interaction we had with them). Recommend the Abilene Whitten Inn for budget accomodations.

We were a little concerned when we arrived and saw the outside of the property as it looked a bit rundown but were pleasantly surprised by our room. Unfortunately, the pool area was closed and we were not informed beforehand. Our room and the inside of the hotel were very clean and new looking. The a/c never really cooled down very well, though. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Be sure to bring your own toiletries such as conditioner and lotion as they only provide shampoo and bar soap.

Was a great place to stay and the breakfast was a great breakfast included in the stay. Not a small breakfast either. They go all out with eggs, bacon, Taters, sausage, gravy, biscuits and you can even make your own pancakes plus there is a coffee bar. Nice simple place to stay not overly extravagant but has everything you need for rest and comfort. Has microwave and fridge in rooms. Comfy beds and ac works just fine for the humid time we went. Thank you for your accomodations and reasonable price!!! Blessings!!!

It was advertised pillow top beds but they definitely weren’t. Little hard for my liking, however, the breakfast was amazing and the staff was super nice. I would stay there again if it was a short visit

The owner kicked me out because I wouldn't keep my dog kenneled 24/7 after I had already paid and the previous 3 days the staff told me I didn't have to. They need to changed the listing description onlin to no pets allowed and stop stealing peoples money

Wonderful Staff

I am so appreciative of the staff here - I had a situation come up that was going to potentially extend my stay and they were so helpful and accommodating. The location is great too, being so close to so much. The only things I have complaints about are the huge dip in the parking lot and my shampoo bottle was 2/3 full.
