Staff was definitely top tier. Especially the concierge and catering staff. I didnt find the front desk staff too friendly. Hotel is super nice. Massive pool and a kid playing area. Would definitely be visiting again. We had a nice room overlooking the pool so i cant complain. Overall a solid 9 experience

Overall good stay and felt very relaxed and safe at the hoteo. The had onsite a little bit of everything including a 24/7 pharmacy which was great. The a/c in the room was not the best however and room would go from being too cold to too humid frequently

The service was exceptional. The interaction with all members of staff was wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive which made the stay at Movenpick great. The amenities, such as the pool and restaurant were so inviting. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely be visiting again.
