This lovely villa is situated in a cliff-top tourist resort, Cala’n Porter, on the south coast of the island. The town is ideal for families and offers a variety of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The wonderful bay with crystal clear waters is a 7 minute walk from the villa and can be accessed via steps or road. Other south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, Son Bou, etc) can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car, and the capital town Mahon is also only a 10 minute drive away.

Villa Sylvia is located in a quiet area bordering the open countryside. The swimming pool is located on the lower level of the property and is surrounded by a spacious terrace furnished with sun beds. Next to the pool is a table and chairs and stone barbeque for al fresco cooking and dining. On the first floor, with direct access to the lounge and exterior access to the swimming pool, is a covered porch furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the shade and enjoying the peaceful country views.

All rooms are distributed on the upper/entrance floor of the property:
Lounge/dining room with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, 1 super king-size bedroom, 1 king-size bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 full bathroom and 1 shower room. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms. .
