Stayed here for one night while visiting a small convention in Albany. The price was reasonable, and the reviews were decent. Google reviews were on par with Expedia reviews; which is not always the case. Definitely not a fancy hotel, but the bed was clean and so was the shower. The TV worked, and there’s no carpeting, which is a plus for me. So, bottom line I would stay here again.

Girl at front desk made us pay an up charge from a King bed to two queens saying we couldn’t have our son stay in our room if there weren’t two beds. TV and WiFi did not work in our room. The ceiling was covered with black mold, as was the base of the toilet. It was a miserable stay!!

I had issues with my TV. It worked then it stopped. Front desk person didn’t know how to reset it. Got moved 3 total times. One room had no towels. Another didn’t have the heat on at all. So the room was cold, but the TV worked and it had towels. Continental breakfast is lacking, not many options.

The rooms were dirty I had actually go by toilet paper The first room they had us in and when my first reservations I never asked for room service and we had left and come back and they went in the room and started moving stuff around The second room we were in had bed bugs
