The detached villa is located in the Vale da Ursa called Villa Belo Horizonte just 10 minutes drive from the beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With three double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Spacious lounge dining room 25m2, with 1 ample sofa, with 1 ample sofa bed for 1 extra sleep, dining table and 7 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a sofa bed in the lounge for 1 extra sleep.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, Free Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless), Ping pong (Outside table tennis).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have queen size bed and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for heating and cooling, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

Guia Villa Bela Horizonte

Nice villa but let down by minor issues. Pool filters were noisy due to low water level. Parasols were both broken and had to fix one myself. Outside light not working. Gardener came in and used petrol cutters whilst we tried to relax by the pool. Shower head broken, toilet roll holder also broken.

1st time for us in Portugal, had a fantastic holiday! Communication from Nuno was excellent, check in & out a breeze. The Villa is as you see on the photo's, really nice & well mantained, the gardeners came once during our stay and the pool guy comes every week, cleaners came half way through to change the bedding etc. You do need a car or some form of transport, it is not miles out just a bit far to walk to shops etc. The main shopping centre is only 5 minutes drive in the car and Albufiera old town is 15 mins. We did have a car but used UBER for the nights when we wanted to drink, around 8 euro's into the old town, very reasonable. The villa has everything you need, I bought a new kettle as the old one was tripping the electrics, We left the kettle in the villa as it was easier than contacting Nuno for a new one, enjoy your new kettle :) Our only recommendation would be to upgrade the fridge freezer, the current one is too small for a family, old and really struggles if you load it up (teenage boys drink alot...) I still give this villa and Nuno top marks!, if you are looking for somewhere not too far out of town, quiet and peaceful, not too far from the main shopping centre this villa is the one for you.

Fabulous, peaceful and perfect

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Such a rural and quiet area which is just what we wanted and the villa is so well equipped and presented. Had everything we could possibly need and a stones throw from the local tourist areas, we can’t fault the villa. Pool was immaculate, lovely outdoor seating area and very spacious and secure. When we had a small problem, Nuno was so helpful and kept in close touch which we really appreciated. We’ve stayed in lots of Villas across the Algarve over the years but this was one of the best and would definitely stay again! Not a criticism but a constructive suggestion is that the villa would benefit from air conditioning in the living room as it did get rather hot in there meaning we went out and bought a fan. Other than that, spot on! Thanks for a lovely stay!

Quiet Villa ideal for relaxing

We stayed in July 2023 and had a lovely relaxing stay. The grounds of the villa were very well looked after and the pool was very clean. There was a lovely covered seating area ideal for relaxing. The Villa is slightly elevated so we always had wind- perfect for the warmer days and meant we didn’t really need the aircon on which they had in the bedrooms. The Villa location was perfect for those who want to be off the beaten track (we didn’t hear anyone the whole time) but was 5mins from the Algarve shopping centre and 10mins from the beach and zoo marine water park. The bathrooms were new and updated. The pool was very deep, ideal for teens. The house was fine for a Villa holiday but did lack little extras - the kitchen was very bare, no extra bin bags or salt and pepper or matches so you will need to buy everything as the fridge is standard size for a family or six.

Just arrived back from a lovely stay in this fantastic villa. We were met by Nuno on arrival, which we haven’t had in previous stays at other villas. This was a nice gesture as he showed us around the villa and answered any questions we had. Villa is very spacious, plenty of room for us as a group of 4 adults and 3 kids (10, 4, 3). The outside grounds are large and we had plenty of room to either sit, lounge or play. The villa is located closely to all amenities and is easily accessible. The villa is decorated to a high standard and has everything you will need for a self catering holiday. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Erholung pur, die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, war dadurch sehr ruhig.

Der Aussenbereich war wunderschön, mit zum Teil neuen Liegestühlen und einer neuen Lounge. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Feuerstelle. Badezimmer unten groß und renoviert. Badezimmer oben hat teilweise nach Kanalisation gerochen. Die alten Wandschränke riechen etwas modrig. In der Küche hatten wir eine neue Filterkaffeemaschine. Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck zusammengewürfelt. Trotz des Messerschleifers, waren die Messer sehr stumpf. Jammern auf hohem Niveau😉. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, danke Nuno für Deine Gastfreundschaft und die guten Informationen vor und während unseren Ferien. Judith

Schönes Ferienhaus auf grossem Grundstück

Das Ferienhaus ist mit ein paar Weiteren etwas abseits gelegen und hat ein sehr schönes grosses Grundstück. Schön grosser Pool, leider nicht beheizbar, sodass die Nutzung im Herbst Winter eher eingeschränkt ist. Einziger Kritikpunkt wären die Betten, die nicht wirklich mehr einem neueren Standart entsprechen.

Pas tres contents de l accueil (meme pas un bonjour a ma mere !!) La maison meme pas un sac poubelle ni une eponge ou produits quelconques. Surtout pour le prix que nous avons paye La proprieteaire presente ts les 2 jours pour arroser ses fleurs pas d intimite. Matelas tres tres fermes.

Toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen Haus

Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man kann hier sehr für sich sein und trotzdem ist alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sowohl Albufeira Innenstadt, als auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Shopping Mall in der Nähe bietet ausgezeichnete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten grade auch für Lebensmittel und was man sonst so braucht. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, es war sehr sauber und ordentlich und alles hat funktioniert. Ebenfalls der Außenbereich mit dem BBQ Platz und dem Pool als Highlight ist wunderschön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Unser Vermieter Nuno war sehr nett, hat uns sehr geholfen und zeigte sich auch sehr flexible bzgl. der An bzw. Abreise. Dieses Haus/ Vermieter können wir jedem ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.

Agréable et reposant

Une belle villa dans une zone tranquille (pas de vis à vis direct), un grand jardin avec une belle piscine. La villa est bien équipée et très propre. Vous êtes situé à 5/10 minutes de la ville animée d'Albufeira et des plages. Une adresse que je garde sans problème pour un prochain séjour.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Ausrichtung des Pool ist in südlicher Richtung, so dass sowohl morgens wie auch abends immer die Sonne auf den Pool scheint. In der Nähe des Hauses ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum und die Autobahn ist auch gut erreichbar. Zum Strand nach Albufeira sind es 10 Minuten.
