Villa Melanesia is a fantastic holiday home that stands out for its proximity to the sea. Located in Galé, just a few kilometers from the center of Albufeira City, this property offers maximum comfort and amenities. A 5-minute walk from the best beaches, it is the ideal location to spend relaxing family holidays without worrying about transportation.



This villa offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, distributed across 2 floors. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds), both with private bathrooms. These rooms provide access to a terrace with a stunning view of the pool and the sea. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom (with a double bed), a service bathroom, and another room on the lower floor. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, as well as free Wi-Fi access.



The kitchen, also located on this floor, is fully equipped with all necessary utensils for preparing your meals and includes a dining table. The spacious living/dining room offers a fantastic view of the pool area and a view of the sea in the background.



This villa offers a pleasant outdoor space that includes a fantastic private pool, which can be heated upon request (extra option), a barbecue to share meals with family and friends. A snooker table and table tennis are also available for guests. This is the ideal space to enjoy late afternoons and glimpse the sunset.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 8 people.

From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional value will be charged that includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
