A beautiful spa and room, very friendly and helpful staff. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The rooms are larger than the normal, very spacious and with a great layout. Good lighting and a beautiful pool area with multiple pools for adults and children.

Rooms were spacious, beautiful and very clean. Also never heard anything from outside the room. Eveline was delightful. Bar staff friendly and helpful. Pools were clean and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for all. Very peaceful. Found several staff to seem annoyed.

Everything was commendable about this property. The staff from front office to the breakfast team, poolside, were absolutely amazing and very friendly even with the language barrier. Hotel was clean, smelt nice as well. We would stay here again & again.

The hotel room was very nice, large room with a balcony and extremely comfortable bed. Great for a beach vacation and golf. A bit far from the actual beach but their train/shuttle service was excellent. The service at the hotel was slow, that being said all the staff were friendly and mostly believe the speed of service is due to some growing pains as the hotel was only recently opened. Great access to the golf course next door.

This four-star hotel located on the outskirts of town. While the location is a bit removed from central attractions, getting around was easy and convenient with Uber, which was consistently quick to arrive. The hotel itself is massive and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the hallways, everything was spotless and had a fresh, pleasant scent throughout our stay. The rooms were impressively large and extremely spacious, offering all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel of this caliber: bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, iron and ironing board, and a mini fridge. The hotel is clearly geared more toward families and pet owners than couples. There were many dogs on the property, and it’s very kid-friendly, with three children’s pools and one adult pool. While the pool facilities were ample and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas available, The hotel restaurant was an area that fell short of expectations. While the breakfast buffet was fantastic — with a wide assortment of fresh and varied options — the same couldn’t be said for the pool restaurant's lunch and dinner service. The food was mediocre at best, and service was painfully slow. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cleanliness of both the rooms and common areas was top-notch. However, due to the consistently slow service at the pool and dining areas, we would likely not return. While it has potential and many strengths, the service experience was too frustrating to overlook

The hotel is beautiful with great facilities and it was very clean however it is a new hotel. The service was not what we would expect from a 5 star hotel. The food was lovely at the pool restaurant but it was difficult to get served and generally had to wait a long time for food to be delivered.there was a lack of pool bar staff and they were rude. The reception staff tended to be rude and inefficient partly due to there not being enough of them. In the breakfast restaurant the food was lovely but the hot buffet was not kept warm enough to eat. Drinks orders were very very slow to arrive. On a more positive the Asian restaurant had great service so the other restaurants can learn from the staff there.
