The 45m2 accommodation is on the ground floor with a 10m2 terrace in a tourist residence 15 minutes walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the historic center of Albufeira.
It is located in a condominium with three swimming pools (2 for adults and 1 for children), a bar-restaurant with WIFI, two tennis courts, a games room.
In addition, the accommodation is surrounded by gardens and large green spaces.
The residence is quiet, but nothing prevents you from going to have a good time in the center of the old town (15 minutes walk) where you will find pubs and restaurants as well as several shops. Very lively city.
Description of the accommodation:
1 sleeping area with 2 beds of 90cm which can be brought together into 1 bed of 180cm.
The sofa in the living room transforms into 1 bed of 180cm or 2 beds of 90cm.
The equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing simple meals.
Bathroom with walk-in shower.
French TV.

Air conditioning in the living room (to be used moderately)
This apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children maximum or 4 adults.
