Villa Bogota is a cozy and elegant holiday home, perfect for a relaxing family or friends getaway. The living and dining area is bright and comfortable, providing the perfect space for gatherings.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and a bedroom with a double bed. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.



On the first floor, there is a double bedroom en suite with bathtub and shower, offering comfort and a pleasant view.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for preparing home-cooked meals and enjoying time together.



Outside, the villa features a heated pool (optional extra) and a barbecue area, perfect for outdoor leisure and dining.



Located in a quiet area with easy access to beaches, restaurants, and local amenities, Villa Bogotá is ideal for a relaxing Algarve holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 300 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

Large Villa

The bad =The villa is not as described or pictured lots have changed since taken. says sleeps 10 ? not possible as only 3 bedrooms. The basic building needs repairs ie must have been 100 lights but only 20 working. Number of sockets not working. Only 2 of 4 patio doors could be unlocked. 3 + cockroaches dealt with by us. Master suit wooden floor has water damage causing lifted floor planks. Building very tired needs updating. Restaurant's in walking distance if you can manage hills. Good = Great location. Garden and pool area amazing. outside dinning and BBQ area really good. Hypo market only 5min walk away. Master suite is large and very well equipped but lights need sorting.

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison, proche d une grande surface et du centre d Albuferia (voiture indispensable )au calme mais petit bémol chien qui aboie un peu plus loin parfois une bonne partie de la nuit …bien située par rapport aux différentes activités à faire dans la région Maison idéale pour 6 personnes mais par contre manque de vaisselle Avons vraiment apprécié les prestations ménage et change des lits en milieu de séjour , équipé au top Communication au top également avec Isabella chargée de l accueil très réactive à nos demandes Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances au calme tout en étant à proximité des différentes visites et randonnées à faire en algarve je recommande vivement cette location et le prestataire qui a la charge de la location Nous avons passé 10 jours de bonnes vacances sous le soleil
