Modern, comfortable house in a quiet condominium, 600m from the beach

This house is located about 600 m from Galé beach, in a small, quiet condominium where calm is assured.

The residence is made up of ten houses grouped around a pleasant communal swimming pool.

The house is composed on the ground floor of a beautiful and modern American kitchen, fully equipped, a bathroom as well as a large modern and comfortable living / dining room with satellite TV and WI FI. The straight lines, the clean furniture and the tones of this room have been chosen with care so that you make the most of your stay in a pleasant setting.
The living / dining room overlooks a small private garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms each with its private bathroom and its beautiful terrace. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed and the other has two single beds.
The house has air conditioning.
Around the house you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars. However, 10 minutes by car is enough to reach Albufeira, a city known for its nightlife or to the large Algarve Shopping center where you will find many restaurants and shops of all kinds.

In order to offer an outstanding service and being a private property management, all our check-ins are in person from 4pm to 12pm.

Early check-in and late check-out (when possible) have a cost of 45 euros.

Late check-in between 7:00pm and 11:00pm has a cost of 25 euros. After 11:00 p.m. this service costs 50 euros.

On request, we can provide crib: 20 euros/single/stay and baby chair: 10 euros/single/stay.

This property is independently managed and does not have permanent services like hotels. In order to offer our guests a service of excellence, services that are not included and considered additional will have a service charge between 30 and 150 euros, such as:
. Traveling to open doors (forgotten or lost keys).
. Additional orders and deliveries of towels or other products.
. Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence).
. Any and all other types of services not mentioned in the property information.

From November to February (included), medium stay rentals are also available (with a minimum of 14 nights). Guests must pay €90 in cash on arrival to pay for final cleaning.

New reservations at this property are subject to payment of the Albufeira municipal tourist tax. The municipal tourist tax is due, per night, up to a maximum of 7 (seven) consecutive nights per person, per stay, between the months of April and October, inclusive. The nightly fee is payable for guests aged 13 (thirteen) years or over, regardless of their place of residence.
