With a spacious outdoor space to enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of wine in the evening and with paradisiacal beaches very close, this is one of the best tourist destinations in Europe.

Our lovely bedroom apartment is set in a relaxing little village near Albufeira old town and is well-equipped to accommodate up to 4 guests. Fully equipped with all the essentials, we are certain your stay here will be comfortable and memorable!

The apartment itself comprises:

✦ One bedroom with a double bed.
✦ A kitchen that comes well-equipped with all the key appliances you could require for the preparation of a delicious home-cooked meal.
✦ A living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and a dining area.
✦ A bathroom. Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience!

Positives were definitely the location and direct access to the pool.Access via the lift down to the beach.The bed was very comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. Plenty of storage in the bed room.Unfortunately since our last visit only 6 months ago we felt the apartment had deteriorated and we found quite a few negatives. We could not get the dishwasher to work this was reported, but no action taken. On arrival all the crockery and cutlery were not very clean so needed to be handwashed. We feel this apartment is in need of a good makeover the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and I certainly wouldn't want to sleep on the sofa bed it was uncomfortable to sit on.Lacking was instructions to use the lift to get to the beach had we not been in this building previously with another company we wouldn't have known about it.A mirror or two would be great especially a full length one the only one was in the bathroom.With a little investment this would be a fantastic apartment.

Lovely quiet property ideally located to get out and enjoy Olhos d Agua and surrounding areas. Only small gripes are bathroom with no natural ventilation which has caused some mould around bath and on ceiling, also no mirror in apartment other than the one in the bathroom which is misted after a shower. Despite this we would happily stay there again

Bel emplacement, sinon pas grand chose de bien!

Nous voyageons plusieurs fois par an. C'était notre 3 ème fois au Portugal. Bel emplacement pour ce logement. Par contre, gestion par une société immobilière déplorable! Mauvaise information fournie pour accéder à l'appartement, incapacité à nous fournir les éléments manquants dans l'appartement, ménage très approximatif, odeur nauséabonde ++ dans l'appartement, matelas et oreillers tâchés ++, aucune protection sur le matelas et oreillers, canapé-lit très inconfortable = planche de bois, aucun linge de lit prévu pour ce couchage alors que nous avions loué pour 3. Bref très décue... C'est la première fois depuis le nombre d'année que nous voyageons!

Location is perfect close to beach and everything you need poolside location is perfect.

We had a lovely holiday only downsides were a bathroom basin waste that didn’t work correctly and we had not had notification of noisy building work at the adjacent property.
