It consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with roll-in showers and bathtubs and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, fan, and a flatscreen television, while a baby crib and highchair are available upon request. Guests can retire to the quietude of the private outdoor area with a furnished garden on the fenced property, which also features a covered terrace as well as a private pool with outdoor showers and a barbecue. Located in a quiet residential area, the villa is just 2.5 km from the picturesque beaches on the Atlantic Ocean and you can visit the Café Anica just 1 km away (15 minutes on foot), or dine at the Pine Cliffs Resort, just 3 km or a 5-minute drive from the villa.
