Villa Impasse - four bedroom villa

Welcome to the newly renovated DreamPLaces property, Villa Impasse. The house offers 4 bedrooms - 3 of the bedrooms have a private bathroom. The rooms are quite spacious and there is also a service bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with the best range of appliances. From the kitchen, there is an opening to the living room where there is a large table where everyone can have a meal. The pool area is quite large, with sun loungers for everyone and a very sunny barbecue.



The location of our new place to rent means that you don't need a car to get around because everything is less than 10 minutes away on foot: Local supermarkets, where you can buy fresh bread and the best fish in our region, fresh from the sea!). Variable dining options - yes, our villa is right on the doorstep of Old Town. In this place you can also have fun and find the beach!

If you bring a car, we have a garage capable of accommodating up to 3 cars!



Additional rules and required information



• Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we ask that you give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, let you know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



• Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and that takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.



• We make it possible for all of our guests to increase the number of people in their group when they come to our properties. For this we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



• We are Pet Friendly - you must inform that you are bringing your pet in advance and there is still a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



• Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house can accommodate. If more towels or sheets are required, we can provide these at an extra cost upon request.



• We can arrange an airport transfer for you upon prior request.



• For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property)

• We do not supply kitchen condiments, nor cleaning or personal hygiene products.
